The MASTER impact crusher has been designed and implemented considering the following basic parameters:

The IMF 132 meets a definite interest in all those situations where it is not convenient to set up fixed installations. It can be used in combination with other mobile machinery (crushers and screens), as a complement adding value to aggregates for construction and mining industry.

The MASTER impact crusher is equipped with a rotor with four or six hammers, which rotate alternately in the two directions. The adjustment acts on the rotor, whose axis of rotation can be varied horizontally, by adjusting the distance between the hammers and the armor (crushing gap). The quick and easy registration is made mechanically with a hand-cranked device. The excursion of the rotor can be checked on a millimeter graduated rod.
The rotor also allows a further radial displacement of the hammers after the first phase of work, in order to optimize consumption. A passive safety device allows you to limit the damage in case any metallic bodies accidentally would enter inside the crusher.
